Sutton Coldfields premier sports and running injury clinic. We are specialists in the assessment, treatment and management of sports injury. We have built our reputation through many years working with elite sports. With our clinic director having previously worked as Head of sports science & medicine at a premier league football club, we have the knowledge and experience to manage anything from a mild muscle strain to the traumatic and persistent pains. Based in our state of the art facility, off the A38 in Sutton Coldfield, we are easily accessible from all surrounding areas. We pride ourselves with being able to give patients the tools to enable return to activity and have a clinic environment that promotes this with access to our private gym.

Regain Sports Therapy specialises in treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Since graduating from the University of Worcester in 2014, I have worked with rugby players, triathletes, runners, cyclists, footballers, weightlifters and powerlifters to name a few. I have also helped office workers, those with physical jobs and individuals with general aches and pains. You do not need to participate in sport for sports therapy treatment to be beneficial. If you have a demanding job, want to run round a football pitch or sit for long periods at a desk, a Sports Therapist can help you. Outside of clients, I mainly work in rugby. I am the Club Sports Therapist for Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club and have experience working to county level. I currently work with Wasps rugby community department at their events.

I am an ex runner and martial artist, who now takes things a little more gently with teaching holistic classes, such as Yoga and Pilates. I started out in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor / personal trainer and nutrition therapist and very early on identified my passion for anatomy and wanting to help people a little more 'hands on'. With a background in exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy worked really well to allow me to assist my clients with a step by step program to getting them back to optimal health, whether that be getting back to their sport or simply a pain free lifestyle. I have over 12 years experience in soft tissue therapy and am qualified to level 5 through LSSM. I am a member of the STA. I am a lifetime student to both Yoga and Pilates and have been teaching for many years. I teach a range of regular classes each week, along with 'one off' events. For over 10 years, I have also taught first aid courses of all levels and feel this is a useful tool to allow me to understand the treatment of acute injuries.

Nova Sports Therapy aims to treat all injuries individually and develop a unique treatment plan for each patient. Paula Clayton worked as a senior performance therapist for the English Institute of Sport and British Athletics between 2003 and 2014. She has travelled extensively to Olympic Games (Athens, Beijing & London), Commonwealth Games, World and European Championships with GB track and field as part of the medical team during this time. Rick Clayton has been the lead therapist at Clayton Therapies/STT4 Performance since 2001. He worked with the English Institute of Sport from 2003 - 2009 in Birmingham and Loughborough, working and traveling with the GB athletics team to both National and International competitions. Rick was also significantly involved with GB Triathlon, British Gymnastics, GB Wheelchair basketball and GB Swimming during that time. Rick now focuses his time on helping the general public reach their health and performance goals.

Jill has been lucky enough to gain experience throughout the UK both within the NHS as a clinical specialist and in Private Practice. Amber is a member of the Society of Sports Therapist and has additional training in acupuncture and kinesio taping proving more services within the appointment to get you back to optimum fitness.
